Positive thoughts
I recently experienced a hypnotherapy course over 8 weeks with Rosalind Gow. I have to admit, I was quite cynical at first, as I have had many counselling sessions including CBT and EFT over the last 20 years. I felt comfortable immediately with Ros and I know this does help the course to be more appealing. She is very approachable with a soft comforting voice which is very relaxing during the trance sessions.
Using the mediations in the evenings when going to sleep helped me almost immediately and not only benefited going to sleep but wake feeling positive and ready to face the day, rather than a sense of doom, which I have been carrying with me for many years. Focusing on simply looking at the good things in my life and replacing negative thoughts with good ones, seems such a simple practice and it is! but this simple change has brought a complete brain shift in to my life. I feel so positive and free and all my family have noticed a huge change. Although I still can get dark moments and thoughts, I use positive thoughts now to really try and stay on track, as this new lease on life has brought new and good things into my life. I would like to thank Ros so much for her time and for introducing me to such a welcome new path! Thank you Ros!
