Hi, I’m Ros, a qualified and accredited Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist with a special interest in ADHD. Why? Mainly because I was diagnosed years ago as an adult which, to be honest, was a bit of a surprise at the time. Knowing what I know now though, it really shouldn’t have been.
I’ve learned a lot about it over the years and I know only too well the difficulties it causes in so many aspects of life. I get how hard we all have to work just to get by. And sometimes, how we just don’t feel good about ourselves.
Do you find it hard to get going in the mornings and end up doing things late at night? If so, you may be sleep deprived which can obviously lead to fatigue and more brain-fog the next day.
After a while, sleep deprivation contributes to weight gain and lots of chronic health issues.
