Hi, I’m Ros, a qualified and accredited Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist with a special interest in ADHD. Why? Mainly because a doctor diagnosed me years ago, as an adult (inattentive subtype if you’re interested). It was a bit of a surprise at the time, but it really shouldn’t have been!
I know quite a few other people with it as well. Some of us take medication, some don’t. But as a result, I’ve learned a lot about it over the years. I know only too well the difficulties it causes in so many aspects of life and how hard we all have to work just to get by. All we want, really, is to feel calm, clear-headed and in control of our lives.
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy helps people find relief from different stress and anxiety related issues, such as tinnitus, migraines, IBS and teeth grinding (bruxism) as well as ADHD, which creates stress and anxiety all by itself.
