Sessions & Prices

To begin with, we’ll have a chat for about 15 minutes where we can talk about your concerns, I’ll explain briefly how sessions work and you can ask any questions you may have.

Then, we’ll book a free, no obligation, initial consultation which will last between 45 minutes and an hour, and after the session I’ll send you my free relaxation audio recording.  This is for you to listen to in between sessions as it will support the work we’re doing and speed up your progress.

Subsequent sessions, lasting an hour, are charged at £75.  However, if you want to make sure you get the same time slot each week and best value, you might like to book a block of six sessions in advance.  This package is charged at £410, which represents a saving of £40.  Most clients have between 8 and 12 sessions, sometimes more, sometimes less.

Phobias usually require three hour long sessions following the initial consultation, although I may recommend one or more standard sessions first to maximise your success.

Smoking/vaping cessation sessions usually only require one longer session of roughly 90 – 120 minutes, although again, I may recommend one or more standard sessions beforehand to maximise your success.  This longer session includes the initial consultation and is charged at £150.  A deposit of £100 is required in advance to secure your smoking/vaping cessation session.

Please remember that results vary and some clients require more sessions than others as no two situations are the same.

Lastly, if you just want some time to yourself to unwind and relax, why not treat yourself to a half hour guided relaxation with me! This is charged at £35.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that I politely ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel a session.  If less than 24 hours’ notice is given or you don’t show up for a session, it will still be charged at full price.  All session fees are non-refundable.
